Konsè Nan 2003, konsè Soul Power David Tao te konsidere kòm lejandè. Onz ane apre, yo te konsepsyalize Soul Power II pou rekaptire esans mizik an dirèk ak nanm atis la. Plis pase yon refèt oswa amelyorasyon, Soul Power II baze sou yon konpreyansyon pwofon lespri inik atis la, ak objektif kreye yon eksperyans sensè pou moun kap ale nan konsè modèn yo. Enspire pa Tou Babèl la, estrad la gen yon platfòm tounant 8 mèt ak uit kolòn, lè l sèvi ak lanmou pou konekte moun atravè mond lan. Segman fleksib yo ak konsepsyon estrad dinamik la kreye yon vwayaj mizikal enpresyonan e pwisan.
